The lounge The house has a large lounge ( 5.8 x 4.7 m) with exposed beams on a high ceiling. The original features have been retained, with the exposed beams, stone fireplace with a fitted Morso wood burning stove. There are large period windows which make the room light & airy. The views form the lounge are to the front of the house, over the garden to the oak coppice and fields & vines. The room is heated by the wood burning stove & by central heating radiators. Also there is an air conditioning unit that will heat or cool the room. |
