The Bathrooms
The fully tiled downstairs bathroom has recently been
completed and is exceptionally large. It has two areas. The
wet area has an open shower area with a powerful thermostatic
shower. There is a double ended bath set in a tiled
surround & a wash basin unit with mirror, cupboard, etc. The dry
area has a double-flush toilet & bidet. The area is heated with
a large heated towel rail & a thermostatically controlled
radiator.
The upstairs shower room services the two upstairs bedrooms &
has a powerful thermostatic shower in its own wet area, a
cantilevered double flush toilet and a glass bowl washbasin on a
cantilevered shelf The room is fully tiled and heated with a
chrome trowel rail.
