The House
The house is situated within the commune of
St Ciers du Taillon about 2 km from the village in a hamlet of 5
houses. The area is predominately vineyards & arable land with
large wooded areas within the rolling countryside. The towns &
cities of Royan, Bordeaux, Angouleme & Saintes are all within an
hours drive with lovely beaches half an hour away.
The house has a large lounge (5.9 x 4.7 m)
with exposed beams on a high ceiling with a wood burning stove
in an original fireplace. The kitchen/dining room is

The Garden & Barns
The total plot size is approximately 4,085
sq. metres ( one acre) and is mostly grass, easily cut with a
ride on mower in just over an hour!!!. The large swimming pool
is situated at the front of the house, facing south west & has a
covered area to provide shade for eating & sitting. There are two
